[XWIKI-12486] Missing breadcrumb for "page doesn't exist" and "PDF options" views

vmassol I think it was marked critical because since the "path" was no longer displayed in the top menu bar (after nested spaces impl), there was no other way to know where you were and go back than the breadcrumb.

I can understand why it's not considered a regression per se, because the breadcrumb itself was never displayed on the "page does not exist" screen, but since 7.2 had the top bar was removed as well, it became a problem that the breadcrumb is not there (which was not a problem before).

I think it's the same case for XWIKI-13399 - the breadcrumb was probably never there, but since there is no more path in top menu bar, it becomes a problem that the breadcrumb is not there.

I don't understand why it was marked critical. Maybe because it was a regression (in which case it should have been marked as blocker).

In any case generic issue titles are always bad. I've improved the title.

Apparently one "view" was still overlooked, the delete page screen Improvement - XWIKI-13399 . If this issue was considered critical when it was done, does it mean that XWIKI-13399 should be critical as well?

It used to make sense to not display the breadcrumb when the document did not exist since it was based on parent/child but now it should probably always be displayed no matter what.

I noticed this when landing on an unexisting page. You have the message "You can edit this page to create it." but you don't know where you are unless you look at the URL.
