Description
Since we removed the global action menu, user will find difficult to know what page they are located on, for certain views.
Issue also mentioned by mflorea.

XWIKI-13399 delete UI does not have breadcrumbs, so going back to top level is not intuitive

vmassol I think it was marked critical because since the "path" was no longer displayed in the top menu bar (after nested spaces impl), there was no other way to know where you were and go back than the breadcrumb.
I can understand why it's not considered a regression per se, because the breadcrumb itself was never displayed on the "page does not exist" screen, but since 7.2 had the top bar was removed as well, it became a problem that the breadcrumb is not there (which was not a problem before).
I think it's the same case for
XWIKI-13399- the breadcrumb was probably never there, but since there is no more path in top menu bar, it becomes a problem that the breadcrumb is not there.
