Be able to select top level documents with the location picker widget by using the tree picker button

Because the location picker only displays the first level children of its root and not the root itself, it`s not currently possible to select the root (current wiki for example) in the create, copy, rename operations, so top level documents can not be created, copied to or renamed to.

Workaround: For simple users in the create action, top level documents can currently be created if the create action is called from the current wiki's homepage. Additionally, advanced users can see and use the location edit button from where they can clear the parent to target top level documents for any action.
