Replace the Glyphicon icons with IconThemes variables in menus

    Description

      In order to have a consistent look across skins and iconthemes selection.

      When we will do the switch we should try to find a better icon (since glyphicon is limited) for:

      • Edit - Class; Edit - Objects
      • Drawer - Wiki
      • Children viewer
      • Annotations
      • User Index
      • etc.
