Description
When opening a page with the url string "xpage=plain" only the body of the actual content is shown. The title of the page is left out.
As a title is of the utmost importance when we transmit information (in the real world) I am a little bit puzzled as to why this is left out.
I am aware of another issue (XWIKI-11402), but this issue addresses the need for showing the header and the footer part. It does not solve the mystery of the disappearing title.
