Check by default the children and links options of the copy and rename UIs

Even if it is not optimal for performance to preserve the children and to update the links in every copy or rename operation, it is very good for preserving data consistency.

Currently, we don`t have those 2 options checked by default in the UI, so this issue proposes to change that.
