The {image} macro does not actually resize images

The

radeox macro has two parameters, width and height, that can be used to specify the image dimensions. However, the dimensions are only used in the HTML source for client resizing, thus the retrieved image is still large. This causes performance issues like XWIKI-946.

Instead of using HTML attributes for resizing, the image plugin should perform the resizing.
