Watchlist App Email Notification generates incorrect links when XWiki is deployed as ROOT

    Description

      Hello,
      I use xwiki deployed as ROOT (without serverName/xwiki) on Tomcat/Apache.
      Links in mail notifications duplicates /bin path element into /bin/bin in every link.
      An exemple: http://xxx.domaine.xx/bin/bin/view/Blog
      Link in mail generated by "Share by email" extension are correct.
