Have on option in the edit menu UI to be able to use the collapse feature

At the moment the only possibility to use the collapse feature on menus is to open the menu in object mode which limit its use to advance user.

Expected result :

• Having an option when vertical menu option is picked to allow the switch between expand and collapse
