Template Provider should be available in descending pages (nested docs)

With nested documents it is difficult to have a template available in a specific tree of documents (a doc and its children). As of now, you have to make it available by hand for every new child doc, grand child and so on.

Would be nice to have an option in the template provider to make the template available in a page only or in a page and all its descendents.
