Simplify the Appbar by removing some apps

      Currently we have:

      • Admin
        • Blog
        • Dashboard
        • Invitation
        • Panels
        • Sandbox
        • Scheduler
        • User Index
        • More applications
      • User
        • Blog
        • Dashboard
        • Sandbox
        • User Index
        • More applications
      • Unregistered
        • Blog
        • Dashboard
        • Sandbox
        • User Index

      The proposal is to leave for all types of users just:
      – Blog
      – Dashboard
      – Sandbox
      – More apps (for Admin and User)

      The rest of the apps will be found in the Administration - Applications - Applications Panel - Applications not in the bar section. This way each administrator will be able to add/remove the apps he wants.
