In Create step use the same icon for Blog post as in AppBar

Using 'rss' icon instead of 'file-text' help:

• from a consistency pov since the template and the app icon from AppBar will be the same;
• also it will help differentiate application templates (that have custom icons) from content templates (that will have 'file-text' icon)
