Cleanup and merge Flamingo Skin's templates with the default templates

The Colibri skin was retired and the Flamingo skin is now the default. However, we still have the separation between the WEB-INF/templates and the skins/flamingo folders and, most importantly, the case when we have the same file under different versions in both folders.

Such an example is copy.vm, but I am sure there are others as well.
