Make an option so the menu entries are displayed or not based on to user rights

Currently, the entries in a menu don't take care of the user rights.
So a user can see all links even if he has no rights. That's an interesting use case that we should keep.

But the opposite use case is also interesting: The menu displays only the links for which the user has rights.

It could be interesting, as an option, for a menu, that entries are displayed or not based on the user rights. IMO, the option should be checked by default (as described in the mockup).
