Improve User Index to display Groups the users belong to

Groups is a very important information when wanting to understand the wiki and teams.

Some problems:

• the display of standard XWiki Groups like XWiki.XWikiAllGroup: we could decide to display in the livetable only groups that are not hidden (since we hide the standard groups and only new user defined groups will be listed)
• the display doesn't scale very well with lots of groups
