Create page icon is invisible on page with write access when xwiki write right is disabled

Hello,

My goal: disable write access on all the wiki except on a space

On xwiki global rights:
/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=Rights#|t=usersandgroupstable&p=1&l=10&uorg=groups&wiki=local&clsname=XWiki.XWikiGlobalRights
I disabled "edit" right (disabled or not set) for XWikiAllGroup

On a space "Encyclopédie", I give write access to XWikiAllGroup on
/xwiki/bin/admin/Encyclopédie/WebPreferences?editor=spaceadmin&section=PageAndChildrenRights&space=Encyclopédie#|t=usersandgroupstable&p=1&l=10&uorg=groups&wiki=local&clsname=XWiki.XWikiGlobalRights

On "Encyclopédie" the users with write access can not see + icone to create a new page.
Anyway the user can create page if he change manually the url: bin/edit -> bin/create
