Provide an option in the AWM wizard that creates a Template Provider for the app

    Description

      Making it simpler for applications to be listed in the creation step.

      The hardest part of this issue is determining the default Template Provider settings, like visibility and restriction.

      The icon and description can be reused from the app description.
