Description
We are removing docextras from pages that are not focused on content, like applications pages, in order to simplify the layout.
The problem is that setting $docextra to empty has a consequence on the menu entries / shortcuts, hidding them. The problem is that the users will not have a way to reach viewers (history, attachments) unless they change the URL manually.
One idea is the ability to remove the tabs from the page layout, but preserve the viewers links in the menu by introducing a different variable for this behavior (hide tabs, keep menu entries).
The problem is for Annotations and Comments setting, when we really want to not show them since they are not an active feature in the wiki.
