"Install new applications" link from Applications panel doesn't properly redirect to Administration page

Inside the Applications panel click on "More applications" and then on "Install new applications".

You are redirected to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=XWiki.AddExtensions instead of http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=XWiki.AddExtensions and you see the page XWiki.XWikiPreferences in a sort of Class edit mode.

The issue is that the page XWiki.XWikiPreferences doesn't redirect anymore from "view" action to "admin".

On 8.4.4 if you go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiPreferences you are properly redirected to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences , but not anymore on 9.0RC1.
