Location not changed when title changed

To create a new page you have to give a title before pressing create. It creates the page yes but before saving the page I change the title again and title changes but not the location of the page in page index.

Example:
1. Before creating a new page I give a title host1 and then press create
2. Editor opens where I actually create the page, but I want also change the title to be host2.
3. I Press save and the page name will be host2 but the location in page index will be something/something/host1

This allows me to create multiple same titles at the same location as the hidden real location actually is something else. Changing the location afterwards fixes the issue.
