XWiki Logo doesn't show in the Cerulean theme on IE11

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Go to Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes
      3. Choose Cerulean Color Theme
      4. Click on Save

      Expected results: The XWiki logo appears in the top left corner.

      Actual results: The XWiki logo doesn't appear.

      Issue only reproduces on IE11.
