DW Flavor step requires a browser cache refresh to display the Standard Flavor when upgrading from 9.5

    Description

      When you have used an older XWiki version and then move to XWiki 9.5.1, the Flavor step of the DW displays a screen with no flavor listed, unless you clear your browser cache.

      We need to do something to prevent this since it's a major usability issue for our existing users.
