Content field menu bar appears really large when editing an app that has this field

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new app with AWM with the Content field
      2. Go to the app and click on Edit Application

      Expected results: The content menu bar and text field appear.

      Actual results: The content menu bar appears as a really large rectangle, with the text area underneath.
