Description
Users are used to google search and substring matching (e.g. searching for "someth" would generate results for "something").
Over the years we've had several users asking for this feature inside of XWiki.
ATM we're asking our users to use the "*" suffix when they need it but it causes usability issues and users are so used to google that they wonder why XWiki doesn't return any result when they search for parts of words.

One idea would be to have an option to enable EdgeNGramFilterFactory + ReverseStringFilterFactory (which would generate a much larger index, see article linked above).
