Viewing a Chart (Standalone View)

1. The user opens an XWiki page corresponding to a particular chart, either by following a link (e.g. clicking on the embeded chart) or by entering the right URL.
2. The chart defined in the page is shown either as SVG, if the browser has SVG viewing capabilities, or as PNG in all other cases.
