      Create user stories regarding SVG Charting of XWiki Tables.

      There are several user stories:

      1. The user wants to visually create a new chart in the current page (XWIKI-137)
      2. The user views a page containing one or several embedded charts (XWIKI-144)
      3. The user wants to visually edit a chart (XWIKI-145)
      4. The user wants to see a standalone view of an existing chart (XWIKI-146)
      5. The user wants to create a new data source for an XWiki table ( XWIKI-149)
