Description
1. The user opens an XWiki page containing chart references, either by following a link or entering the right URL.
2. The charts contained in the page are shown either as SVG, if the browser has SVG viewing capabilities, or as PNG in all other cases.
3. Clicking a chart opens a XWiki page that shows only that chart (see XWIKI-146).
