Issue with Toggle Button from 'Advanced filtering options' in Notifications Preferences

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Click on the Watchlist bell
2. Click on Settings, in the right side of Notifications
3. In the Notifications Preferences, click on 'Advanced filtering options' Link
4. Click on drop-down list from 'Results x - x out of x per page' and select another value (e.g. 20)

EXPECTED RESULTS

The value from the drop-down list is changed to the new value of results per page and the user can Toggle the filters ON/OFF.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The value from the drop-down list is changed to the new one, but the Toggle Button changes into a checkbox, which if ticked/unticked, does not save the settings. This also reproduces when first clicked on the Page number Link next to the page navigation arrows. However, the Toggle Button is restored after a page refresh.
