Add the concept of user spaces

Hello,

Propose a space where the xwiki user could create his personal pages (like homedir on Linux.)

Userprofile as terminal page could be complicate.
Maybe user profile could be a terminal page still but add new homedir parent page (ie: xwiki/home/MyUser.WebHome) could be a good idea?

It would be better if this feature could be deactivate with xwiki preference (or xwiki.cfg)
