Simple user receives notifications about updates of other user's profile

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as a simple user
      2. Select a notification option - for a page/page & children/wiki
      3. Log in with another user or Admin
      4. Make changes to your profile
      5. Log in with first user again
      6. Observe the notifications received

      Expected results: Simple user receives only notifications only with the options chosen.

      Actual results: Simple users receive notifications about another's user profile update.
