The Dashboard page disappears from Applications Panel when a simple user adds attachments or Edits the page

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in with a simple user
      2. Edit or add an attachment to the Dashboard page
      3. Observe the Applications panel

      Expected results: Dashboard still remains in the app panel (could give rights to the user so the page won't disappear anymore or just make this page not editable by simple users.).

      Actual results: The Dashboard disappears from the Applications panel and you get in the console:
