Filesystem-based attachments can overwrite attachment content in a case-insensitive Filesystem

    Description

      If you're on Windows for example then the FS is case-insensitive but XWiki is case-sensitive.

      So if you have an attachment in ##Space.abc## and another one in ##Space.ABC##, one of them is going to be overwritten...

      One idea is to add a hash (based on the reference for ex) to the storage path on the FS to handle case-insensitive FS.
