Bad default Color Theme and Icon Theme for pages

    Description

      If you go to any page and click Page Administration. Then go to "L&F/Themes" and click save, you'll get the Cerulean color theme and the Silk icon theme by default.

      This is not correct; it should use Charcoal and Flamingo as the default.
