Description
When a user create a new wiki, she has to change the color theme if she wants the same than the main wiki (assuming it's not Charcoal).
I believe it is a common task, so I would prefer not having any color theme set on subwikis by default, and fallback on the main wiki theme.
The other possible implementation is to set the color of the main wiki in the preferences of the subwiki when it is created, so that even if the main wiki's theme is changed afterwards, it won't affect subwikis.
The only problem I see is if the users of the subwiki do not have the right to see the main wiki's color theme.
