Notifications tab doesn't work correctly in the "edit" mode

First symptom: a JS error in the console when you click on "edit"

Then: click on the notification tab, and click to any button inside of it. The popup is closed.

You can also try to change the level of diffs, etc, that does not work.

Need to decide if we fix this or if we disable the notification tab in this context.
