As watchlist is disabled, the "Follow" button doesn't appear anymore so users can't follow other users on Activity Stream

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new user (U1)
      2. Go to U1's profile page
      3. Click on the green Follow button

      Expected results: A user can follow another user (so he can then get messages from that user eg. http://test.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Message%20Stream%20Tests/Send%20Message%20To%20Followers)

      Actual results: The Follow button doesn't appear anymore.
