Changing the level of details for the email notifications affects the email frequency setting

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Preconditions: Have a fresh instance of XWiki 10.2.

1. Login as Admin
2. Create a new user (e.g. U1)
3. Login as U1
4. Go to the Notifications > Settings and confirm 'Email Frequency' is set to 'Daily' and 'Details of the changes' are set to 'Standard' (which is the default setting inherited from Administer Wiki > Other > Notifications) in Email Preferences
5. Change the 'Details of the changes' setting to 'Nothing'
6. Logout
7. Login again as U1
8. Go to Notifications > Settings and observe the 'Email Frequency' setting

EXPECTED RESULTS

The 'Email Frequency' is 'Daily' (as set initialy by default) and was not affected by the changes of the level of details for the email notifications.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The 'Email Frequency' was changed to 'Hourly', being affected by the changes of the level of details for the email notifications. The issue reproduces also for Admin.
