      Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Create/update/comment/delete some pages
      3. Create an user (e.g. U1)
      4. Login as U1
      5. Go to User Index and click on Admin's profile
      6. Click 'Not following' button and select 'Start following'
      7. Refresh the page
      8. Observe the notification list

      EXPECTED RESULTS

In the list there are no notifications, as theĀ user (U1) has set the 'Start following' option after the events were performed by Admin. Will be displayed only the events performed starting the 'user following' moment.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

Notifications for events performed by Admin are displayed even they were performed long before setting the 'Start following' option.
