No pages are displayed when disabling the Exclude filter for Navigation Panel on Oracle

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Precondition: Have a fresh instance of XWiki 10.4RC1 configured with ORACLE (11.2) Database.

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Navigation Panel
3. Untick the checkbox from Exclude Top Level Extension Pages
4. Remove Sandbox from Exclusions
5. Click on Save
6. Refresh the browser (CTRL + F5)
7. Observe the Navigation Panel

EXPECTED RESULTS

In the Navigation Panel are displayed the Top Level pages.

ACTUAL RESULTS

After the refresh, no pages are displayed. However, if the filter is active and the pages are put on Inclusions, the Navigation Panel displays only the top pages, without children. No error in console.
