Major Description
When installing a new extension having one or many WikiObjectComponentBuilders, those builders do not seem to be registered by the WikiObjectComponentManagerEventListenerProxy.
One application that could be used in order to reproduce this bug is the application-gardening, as it contains WikiBaseObjectComponentBuilders. The application itself works fine when its JARs are manually deployed in the WEB-INF/lib folder of an XWiki instance, but won't work when installed from the extension manager.
