Translation problems in Notifications if the application is installed only on a subwiki.

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Create a subwiki
      3. Go to the new subwiki and install Blog Application
      4. Go to Notification > Settings
      5. Observe Blog App's name translation
      6. Create a global user (e.g. U1) on the Main Wiki
      7. Login as U1 and set Blog Notifications to ON
      8. Login as Admin
      9. Create and publish a blog on the subwiki
      10. Login as U1
      11. Observe the blog publishing event from notification list

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The Blog App's name and the related notification events are properly displayed.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      There are some translation problems of the Blog App's name on the Notification Preferences as well as for blog publishing events (screenshots attached). However, if the Blog App is installed on the Main Wiki, the app's name and event notifications are properly displayed.
