Adding mapping for 'bullet_black' icon

Add missing mapping in order to use this circle bullet.

For Font Awesome the mapping would be:

bullet_black=circle

For FA additional styling will be needed to needed to achieve the same result (color change, font-size: 6px+).

Ideally we should provide this mapping also for other contributed Icon Themes.
