Annotations popup does not follow the date format configured in Administration

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to Administer Wiki > Content > Localization
      3. Set the following date format: yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm
      4. Go to a page and annotate some text (CTRL + M)

       

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The date displayed on the Annotations popup has the same format that was configured in Administration: yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm.

       

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The date from the Annotations popup does not correspond to the one set in Administration (screenshot attached).
