New option to preserve previous version during document import

New option (preserveVersion) to allow the version of an exported document to be preserved on import, even if the document history (other versions/withVersions) is not present.

This is useful if you're porting an application or document from one wiki to another, and want to know what version of a document the other wiki has/started with, etc.
