The number of files is not updated in More actions menu and Attachments tab

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

       

      1. Go to Main.WebHome.
      2. Attach files or delete existing ones.

      Expected result:

      The number of files is well updated in Attachments tab and in More actions menu without refreshing the page.

      Actual result:

      The number is updated without refreshing the page only in Attachments tab when a comment is deleted.
