Annotations count copies the Comments count after page refresh

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Show the page Annotations tab (from Look & Feel > Presentation > Show page Annotations > Yes > Save)
      2. Go to any page
      3. Add 2-3 comments
      4. Observe the count of Comments and Annotations
      5. Refresh the page
      6. Observe the count of Comments and Annotations

      Expected results: Only the Comments section count is changed as the user added Comments.

      Actual results: After the page refresh the count of the comments appears also in the Annotations tab, although there is no Annotation added.
