Add a column in My Groups profile section to display the location of the groups the user is part of

At the moment, if a user is part of two or more groups that have the same name, but are located on different subwikis, the My Groups profile section does not offer the quick possibility to see on which wikis these groups are located (screenshot attached).

It would be nice to have a column that displays this information.
