Prevent users from deleting/moving/renaming pages containing XClass

    Description

      In case of operations such as move/rename/delete on pages containing XClass directly or through their nested pages we should:

      • on simple users: forbid them for doing so, with a warning telling them to ask advanced users
      • on advanced users: warn them with the list of possibly impacted pages
