Add an attachment event type to the new Notification Activity Stream to match with the old one

In the old Activity Stream Application when adding an attachment to a page a small icon denoting adding an attachment appeared under the user's Activity Stream.

At the moment with the new Notification app the action appears as a user who edited the page, so the action doesn't match with the event that appears in the Activity Stream.
