Messages sent to followers only appear in the Notification List, not in the Dashboard "Activity Stream"

    Description

      Preconditions: A user exists which is following other user/admin and has the Message Stream ON in Notifications Settings.

      1. Login as the followed user
      2. Click on Dashboard
      3. Write a message
      4. Select Visible to: Followers
      5. Click Share
      6. Login with the user that is following the currently logged-in user

      Expected results: The message is visible for the user that is following the currently logged-in user, in the Notification list and the Activity Stream.

      Actual results:The message is visible only in the Notification list.
