Notifications macros shows activity from followed users even when not relevant

Steps to reproduce :

• On a blank wiki, create 2 users A and B. With A, go on B's user profile and follow the user
• In xwiki:Main.WebHome, add the following notifications macro (with either A or B) :

{{notifications spaces="xwiki:Main" useUserPreferences="false" displayOwnEvents="true" displayRSSLink="false" /}}

• With the user B, perform a major edit on xwiki:Sandbox.WebHome
• With the user A, go on xwiki:Main.WebHome and observe the notifications macro

Expected : only one notification is shown, corresponding of the modification of xwiki:Main.WebHome when adding the macro.

Actual : we get two notifications, the extra notifications correspond to the major edit of B on xwiki:Sandbox.WebHome
